Promenade Homes was created to offer clients a better way to build their home. My wife Shelley and I spent over 30 years working for project builders and saw an opportunity to get clients more involved in the building process.
We wanted to allow clients to meet the trades responsible for building their home, to have conversations on-site about how their home was being built, and importantly, we wanted to be flexible enough to make changes along the way. This was the premise behind Promenade Homes, and in the years since then, we have been true to our word.
