Promenade Homes is a boutique building company specialising in custom designed homes including two storey homes, single storey homes, narrow lot homes, split level homes and also loft homes.
Established in 2009 by registered builder Rob Frigo and his wife Shelley, who have over 30 years’ experience in the building industry, Promenade homes have a commitment to delivering quality custom homes to the Perth market.
After many years working for some of Perth's major builders, Rob and Shelley decided to combine their experience and passion for new homes, and set out to offer a unique building experience, where the client deals direct with the owners of the business from design to completion.
