BRIEF

Having owned the quarter acre block in Ardross for some 15 years, the couple knew the potential city views the land had to offer if they were to build up. So the brief was to design the home as an upside down house.

DESIGN

While the home may be big in size, it is the smallest details that make all the difference. The oversized window that greets you as you enter the front door that looks down some 2 metres to the pool below and the rear access steps from the upper level alfresco are just a couple of examples of intelligent design done for a purpose.

CONSTRUCTION

The home takes advantage of the natural contours of the block, adding levels of interest and uniqueness that is often missing from modern construction. Yes it is harder to build a home like this, but the results speak for themselves!
