BRIEF
Our clients collaborated with Chindarsi Architects to create this amazing architectural masterpiece, prior to selecting Promenade Homes as their chosen builder.
So the brief to us was to bring this magnificent concept to life.
DESIGN
This is an outstanding home befitting the location.
Over two storeys it has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study, activity, kitchen, scullery, living, dining, alfresco, balcony, 4 car garage as well as separate ancillary accommodation for overseas relatives or a future teenage pad.
CONSTRUCTION
Contemporary internal and external finishes throughout the home.
Burnished concrete floors, commercial full height windows to living areas, full height internal doors, shadowline cornice with recess curtain pelmets.
External finishes include Accoya timber cladding, Colourbond maxline cladding and Marbellino polished plaster finish.
This project is full turnkey including all internal and external finishes such as swimming pool, landscaping and screen walls. All the clients need to do is unpack their boxes once this project is completed.
