DESIGN

The client had spent considerable time with a designer prior to speaking with us. So whilst we were not heavily involved in the original design process, we were able to assist with advice on how the owners existing design could be tweaked to achieve a more cost-effective build.

CONSTRUCTION

The home has a number of talking points including a unique bridge crossing the main entry to the home, and feature timber balustrading to the balcony and stairwell. The family room has a stone clad fireplace centred between bi-fold doors leading to the alfresco which overlooks the pool.
