Our clients love contemporary design and tasked us with making the most of the ocean views and maximising passive cooling from prevailing sea breezes.

DESIGN

Upside down living was the logical choice with the kitchen and living areas upstairs opening onto an expansive balcony, enabling spectacular ocean views and capturing cooling sea breezes.The East facing alfresco on the ground floor overlooking the sheltered pool area allows comfortable entertaining in the afternoons when the sea breezes become too strong.

CONSTRUCTION

The clients spend a lot of time overseas so low maintenance finishes was the key. Engineered timber flooring, acrylic texture render externally, engineered stone tops throughout. We opted for minimalist contemporary design and finishes which perfectly complements the coastal environment and surrounding homes.
