BRIEF
Outstanding home designed by our good friends at Tascone Design.
Our clients had purchased an ocean front block in Mullaloo and were downsizing into their ultimate retirement home, without sacrificing any of the luxury finishes they were used to in their existing home.
DESIGN
Contemporary internal & external finishes are included extensively throughout this two storey home.
Reverse living (otherwise known as an Upside Down Home) with study, kitchen, scullery, living, dining, alfresco and balcony to capture the panoramic ocean views- as well as the master bed, walk in robe and ensuite all on the top floor.
A lift has also been included to allow easy access to the top floor.
Additional 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, activity, laundry and double garage on the ground floor.
CONSTRUCTION
Includes tiled floors to all living areas, commercial full height windows to living areas, full height internal doors, shadowline cornice and feature fireplace in the living room.
We are working closely with some of our clients trades including the Cabinetmaker and Lift Contractor to ensure a seamless integration into our work schedule.
