We have over 30 years’ experience working with project home builders. That is Rob and Shelley’s background, so we have nothing against them. However we have seen first-hand the good and the bad of project home building and felt that we could offer people in Perth a better way to build.

Now let’s be clear. It is not all bad. There are many reputable project home builders in Perth. However there are certain practices and processes that are common to all project builders, which can be done differently when you are a small, boutique home builder like us.

Difference #1 – A 100% unique design

When you build with a custom home builder like us, we can design your home from scratch. We sit you down with one of our talented designers, form a design brief and create a home that is 100% unique to you, not something that we have built numerous times with a couple of tweaks to suit your tastes.

Difference #2 – We don’t cut corners

Again, there are many reputable project home builders, but is the owner of the company out on site regularly overseeing what is happening during construction? Probably not. As you will note in the video, our clients know that Rob and the team have an eye for detail, and close enough is not good enough.

Difference #3 – Flexibility

This is probably the biggest difference. Project builders have to have strict processes and policies. This is not a criticism, it is simply fact. They build a large number of homes and cannot afford to be making changes during construction. However with Promenade Homes, you get the flexibility to change your mind, to bring in your own trades and to use your own sourced materials. We don’t have hundreds of jobs to manage, so facilitating these requests is something we go out of our way to do for our clients.

We will tailor the design and level of specification to suit your financial requirements and will even offer up cost-effective alternatives to achieve the same final result for a lower price.
